I posted on Monday an awesome recipe for No-Bake Energy Bites. Unfortunately at the time I wasn’t prepared and didn’t have a photo to show you of the process. Thank goodness I made more this week, because I was able to capture all of the yumminess with my phone as I made them. Lucky you! 🙂
Step 1: Put all ingredients in a bowl
Step 2: Mix until well combined (p.s. this takes a minute because everything is so thick — be patient!)
Step 3: Form into balls, store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
