Coach Rachel has been running for over a decade. Starting low and slow with a self-written introduction to 5K training program, the running fire was lit for Coach Rachel and has been burning ever since.

Rachel is a dynamic and versatile coach with experience coaching runners with varied skillsets and experience levels. Inspired on a daily basis by fellow runners and friends, Coach Rachel’s goal is to inspire them back.
