I’m really excited to be a featured blogger today for For Two Fitness! I was absolutely in LOVE with my Running For Two tank — so in love, in fact, that I was really hoping they would make one for non-pregnant runners!
As you know, I am a For Two Fitness ambassador. One of the challenges I pose to expectant moms is to continue their fitness and exercise throughout pregnancy. No one said it would be easy, but there are certainly ways to make it fun! Besides, there are mountains of research to show that babies of pregnant exercisers sleep better. And who wouldn’t enjoy a little more shut eye and an easier time settling the little one down for sleep?
