With so many great gift ideas, you’re certain to find something for everyone on your gift-giving list this holiday season.
I’ve always loved the holiday season. When I was a kid, I really loved pilfering all the closets in my house, hoping to sneak a peek at my Chanukah gifts. As I got a little older, I enjoyed attending Christmas celebrations with friends and their families. And when I married my husband, I suddenly found myself celebrating both Chanukah and Christmas!
I love the food, all the cookies and treats, the lights and decorations, and yes, even the music surrounding all the winter holidays. But my favorite part of the holidays, despite the pilfering when I was younger, is the gift-giving. There’s nothing like picking the perfect gift for someone, wrapping it with care, and seeing the joy on their face as the magic unfolds in their hands.
If you’ve been following along this week, you may have noticed a theme. On Monday I shared Cyber Monday deals. I unveiled my ultimate Gift Giving Guide for Athletes on Wednesday. And today, I’m sharing five more great gifts ideas you might not know about — but should!
Happy holidays!

2. Zelus Insoles
I had the opportunity to try out a couple pairs of Zelus Insoles a few months ago. Not only are the insoles fantastic, but so is the company and the people behind the scenes. 3. StayKoolBands
I stumbled upon some really cool, handmade headbands on a friends’ Facebook post just last night. They’re called StayKoolBands and they’re adorable, durable, and created for children and grown-ups. The headbands are made by a Cleveland middle-schooler and she raises money for cancer research! This girl ROCKS and who doesn’t need another cute fitness headband? Purchase two or more for your friends and use THIS LINK for 20% off!
4. The Bowteeq
Another nod to Cleveland: a friend from high school owns the adorable Etsy shop Bowteeq — and it’s filled with fabulous, unique gifts! Though it features jewelry and accessories for adults, it’s the headbands for toddlers and the sweetest Hungry Caterpillar baby cocoon that steal the show. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind gift, this is the shop for you. (Did I mention the shop owner is an incredible ice skater, too? Be sure to check her out on Instagram!)
