December is typically filled with lots of holiday happenings. People are generally festive. Gift exchanges, potlucks, and holiday parties are held. But the most important delicious December activity is, of course, the cookie exchange. As soon as I became the matriarch of an interfaith family, I was on board with the holiday cookie exchange idea.
