So Much Awesome in One Week

October 20, 2016

I have so much exciting stuff to share, people! So much awesome for one week, seriously. Let’s get on with it since it’s Thursday and I get to Think Out Loud… (Thanks, Amanda 🙂 )

So Much Awesome in One Week

First, let’s talk about the Indians.

Yeeeeeeeeeah buddy! Confession: I’m a total fair-weathered fan. But I have good reason to be. Any time I watch sports and I really want someone (some team) to win, I bring a curse and said team or person loses. So this time around, I opted not to watch any of the playoff games. I did the same for the Cavs, too. You’re welcome, Cleveland.

Second, I had a tough week of workouts (so far).

It was hot. It was humid. It was rough! BUT! I saw my chiro on Tuesday and he said my foot and ankle tissues/tendons feel so much better. I still need to be diligent with the exercises and stretches since I’m not out of the woods yet (will I ever be?) but it was amazing news that I really needed to hear.

Third, we just had family pictures taken!

While it was an exhausting hour and a half with all the walking and child-wrangling, I think the photos are going to come out really well. We have the best photog. I envy her talent!

This is my picture, not hers. But look — fall colors!

Fourth, and most importantly…

…since it involves so many of my fellow bloggers, is that I’m teaming up with the lovely ladies of Fairytales and Fitness to bring you… drum roll, please… the Friday Five 2.0 linkup! Tomorrow (Friday) will be our first linkup. And since it’s very last minute, our theme will be “Free Friday.” Write about whatever you want. We’ll be posting themes for November soon. I hope you’ll join us to help us build a new Friday Five community! Should be fun. 🙂
