Holiday Wrap-Up

December 26, 2014
When I was a kid, Chanukah was awesome. When my husband was a kid, Christmas was awesome. Now that we have kids and Chanukah and Christmas were back to back this year, we are rethinking the awesome…
Sure, it’s great for the little people. But you know you’ve had too many gifts and holidays in a row when your baby gets gift-fatigue and refuses to open any more presents…

After round 1 of gift-opening, we enjoyed the sleep late French toast. OMG. So good. Look for the recipe soon.

We took cookies and cheesecakes to the police and fire departments.

They were so happy to see us and it made us so happy in return. And the kids were rewarded with a tour of the fire engine.

All in all, we had a great day. Gifts, food, and family. And it was totally awesome. 🙂

Hope your day was great. It was fun seeing everyone’s Christmas pictures and Chinese food pictures on Instagram and Facebook.
Have a great day and a wonderful weekend.
xo
